By downloading, installing, or using Ember ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ember is a gamified task management application that helps users organize and complete daily tasks through a scoring system with combos, streaks, and badges. The App is available in a free version and a paid subscription version (Ember Pro).

3. Account Registration

To use Ember, you must create an account using an email address or through Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

• Up to 5 tasks per day
• All 8 default domains
• Basic statistics
• 3 earnable badges
• Core features (combos, streaks, scoring)

Pro Plan ($4.99/month)

• Unlimited tasks per day
• Custom domains
