Last updated: May 12, 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using SugarDrop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Ori Kahalon, the developer and owner of SugarDrop. 2. Description of Service SugarDrop is a mobile application designed to help users reduce and quit sugar consumption. The App provides streak tracking, craving SOS tools, food sugar information, withdrawal timeline guidance, buddy accountability features, and educational content. SugarDrop is a wellness tool only. It is not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use SugarDrop. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms. 4. Subscriptions and Billing SugarDrop offers two subscription options: a Weekly Plan at $4.99 per week and an Annual Plan at $29.99 per year. The Annual Plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. After the trial, you will be automatically charged $29.99 unless you cancel before it ends. All billing is processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. 5. Referral and Buddy System Users may send up to 5 premium invite links that grant recipients a 7-day free trial. After 5 premium invites, users may send unlimited standard buddy invites without the free trial. Invite links expire after 30 days. Users may not invite themselves or abuse the referral system using multiple accounts. We reserve the right to revoke referral benefits if abuse is detected. 6. User Conduct You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App, use automated tools to access or scrape the App, impersonate any person or entity, interfere with the performance of the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure. 7. Health Disclaimer SugarDrop is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, or any condition related to blood sugar. If you experience severe symptoms during a dietary change, seek medical attention immediately. 8. Intellectual Property All content in SugarDrop including the candy mascot character, app design, graphics, text, logos, and features is the exclusive property of Ori Kahalon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written consent. 9. Third-Party Services SugarDrop integrates with Supabase for data storage, RevenueCat for subscription management, Open Food Facts for food product data, Google Vision API for label scanning, and Expo for push notifications. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties SugarDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ori Kahalon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. 12. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
