These terms govern your use of the BodyGlow app. By using BodyGlow you agree to them.
BodyGlow helps you track the appearance of your skin and build a consistent skincare routine. Everything in the app — scans, scores, routines, and product suggestions — is cosmetic guidance about general skin appearance.
BodyGlow is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Skin scores are cosmetic estimates produced by AI and can be inaccurate. Always read product labels, patch-test new products, and stop using anything that irritates your skin. See a doctor about anything that concerns you — especially skin that is painful, cracked, or bleeding, a spot that changes shape, color, or size, or anything that isn't improving.
Parts of BodyGlow require a paid subscription ("BodyGlow Pro").
The app creates an anonymous account to store your progress. Photos you capture are yours; by using photo analysis you give us permission to process them (transiently, via our AI provider) to produce your scores, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data anytime in Settings.
Use BodyGlow only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Don't attempt to break, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its services, and don't submit content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
BodyGlow, including its design, code, scores, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. Product names and brands shown in routine suggestions belong to their respective owners; suggestions are editorial, not sponsorships or endorsements.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.
